What is it?

A Foundation Singing Course with Worship Modules for 9 – 11 yr. olds, recorded on CD for any adult to supervise – no specialist teaching required.

What’s it aiming to do?

Spread the Gospel, connect children with Christian culture, teach singing, facilitate mid-week parish worship, & encourage future church-going.

What’s in it?

Themes follow the Church Year; Ordinary Time Readings pursue the call to discipleship, and the parables. It has been compiled by Rosemary Field, Music Development Officer for Lincoln Diocese and the music ranges from Plainsong to Kendrick. There is (recorded) concise RE teaching from Bishop John Saxbee of Lincoln, and the Prayers are specially written to complement the Readings.
